Gerry adds his expertise in product design and
management, computer production of contract documents,
and construction administration to his background in
facilities management. He will provide direct backup
for Chris throughout the projects. He is a thorough and
detailed designer as well as an innovative and three
dimensional thinker in solving design issues. His
experience in construction administration has extended
over 25 years.
He has worked on projects from the
expansion of the State Records Center, new warehouse at
the McNeil Island Corrections Center, to the building
expansion for the new chillers at the University of
Washington Medical Center , and so he brings a wealth of
relevant experience to any project. As a project
manager and designer, he has been responsible for
code feasibility and probability, programming, space planning, design, contract
documents, contract administration, ADA compliant
audits, and document production with projects of varying
scope, size, and nature.
